I am a therapeutic artist, a body alchemist, and a healing poet. I am here to build a new world with bold words, radical thoughts and actions and revolutionary embodiment. I am committed to showing up honest, present and real in each session I give. I am passionate about feeling, continually growing and learning, and infusing vibrant color into every corner of my life. I bring a warm, sensitive, joyful, bold and free spirit to my work. I have been guided by my own healing journey and my fascination with the human body and all its layers for over a decade. I completed my Kinesiology degree in my hometown of Windsor, Ontario, Canada then travelled to South and Central America, as well as throughout the United States, including Hawaii, to continue my studies in Ayurveda, Lomi Lomi (Mana Lomi Practitioner), Thai Massage and Ashiatsu, Myofascial Release, Visceral Manipulation, Maya Abdominal Massage, Sound Healing, Energy work, Inter-personal Focusing, Somatic therapy, Yoga Teaching and Meditation. I see my clients as whole beings and invite them to come back home to themselves through personalized sessions. My clients receive a wellness experience that holds all the layers of them — physical, emotional & energetic.
